Create Your Own User Interface

You may now customize and create your own background images for your iZak™. You can also use any Unicode true type font and change the look of your menu and subtitles.

Follow the steps bellow in order to customize and create your own background images:

• Create  a new "img" folder inside your Firmware folder
  
  
• Download the background image templates here. The templates should look like this:

• Using a picture editing software create your own images based on the templates.
• The images must all:
  1. be saved as JPG files
  2. be named exactly as followed: Main.jpg, Movies.jpg, Music.jpg, Photos.jpg and Settings.jpg
  3. Have a dimension of 720 x 480
  4. have 72dpi resolution
• Paste all your new images into "img" folder
  
  
• The new User Interface is ready. Connect your iZak™ to your TV and enjoy.

Important notice: The file names have to be exactly as seen above and ALL five (5) images have to be present, otherwise they will not show up on your TV screen! If you don't like the new design, either change it or simply delete the "img" folder, empty the recycle bin and the original background will show up again
